All IBEX - Smart Communication FZ - LLC games are governed by this Privacy Policy and by using or accessing any of our games, you give consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your data within the framework of this policy.
Please do not use or install the game if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Data Pool

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity.
The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.
We may display to you behaviorally targeted advertising. If you want that no behaviorally targeted advertisements are displayed to you then please do not use or access our games.
You can turn this off by going to Privacy inside the Game. You can either give your consent so we can collect data or you can turn this off.
Note: Consent status does not affect the number of advertisements you will see, only content.
3. Analytics
Analytics companies may access various forms of data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.
4. Location Data
To customize our services for you, we and our partners may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used only to provide and improve our games.
5. Social Element
You may allow our games to interact with third party social networks or platforms, which will provide data about you to us. We may be able to collect certain information from your social networking profile when your social networking site permits it, and when you consent to allow your social networking site to make that information available to us. We may associate and/or combine as well as use information collected by us and/or obtained through such social networking sites.

We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies unless approved by you.
7. Data Preservation
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Game and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at games@ibexsolutions.net. We will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.
Please note that some data may be further retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of Services.
8. User Rights to Accessing and Managing their Personal Information
If you’re a user who plays the game, then you have the following rights with respect to your personal information.
· You can Access, Show, Hide or Request deletion of your personal information by submitting a request through our Privacy Button inside the Game.
· User has a right to Show or Hide his profile and Data from other users. Neither the User nor anyone else will be able to view their Scores or Names in leaderboards if Data has been hidden by the user.
· You can ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information by requesting us from Privacy Settings.
· You can opt out of third-party behavioral advertising by visiting privacy settings and turning your consent off. Please note that you will still receive third-party advertisements after opting out, but the advertising you see may be less relevant to your interests.
· If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
· You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information.
· To exercise your rights to access or deletion, please visit Privacy Settings inside the Game. Please, know that if you delete your data, you will not be able to use the App anymore and will have to reinstall it if you want access to it again. For deletion requests, we will take reasonable measures to delete your personal information from our records. If you have sent Game content through or posted content on any other Service, we may not be able to delete it. We will keep certain records (e.g., personal information relating to payments or customer service matters) where we need (and have rights) to, such as for legal or accounting purposes. Please, know once your deletion request has been processed, you will not be able to play the game, unless you reinstall a fresh copy of the game.
9. Data Protection
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our games. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
10. Service Opt Out Options
You may opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the games. You can stop all collection of information by the games easily by uninstalling the games. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also opt-out by removing your consent inside the privacy settings or requesting the deletion of your data.
11. Additional Notes
You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to the games.
Any data that you disclose in any of these forums, blogs, chats or the like will become public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality with respect to that data.
We make good faith efforts to enable you to review, update or correct your personal data in its possession.
