Voice Update to Social Media

Facebook and Twitter have become an integral part of people’s lives with mobile access to Twitter and Facebook enabling users to update and connect with their friends in real time. For Smartphone users, Facebook and Twitter connectivity is easy through Apps. However regular phone users still have to rely on a PC or Laptop to connect to their Facebook and Twitter circle.

Now for the first time ever, Ibex has developed a revolutionary new service via which subscribers to our Social Media Update Service can actually update and post on their Facebook and Twitter pages in voice.

Mobile subscribers will be able to post voice messages on FB & Twitter by dialing onto IBEX’s IVR and recording a message there. This message will then be posted on caller’s own FB or Twitter Page in the caller’s own voice.

Visitors to subscribers’ Facebook and Twitter pages will be able to hear this message on the Facebook page without navigating away from the site.

The option to update their status on Twitter and Facebook is also available via SMS in which case once a user types his SMS and sends it to a pre-defined short code, the user’s Facebook and Twitter status will be updated.
