Farhan Butt
Co-Founder & Director
One of Ibex’s co-founders, Farhan has over 17 years of experience in the telecom industry. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He served as CEO of Earth Factor (now Ibex) since its inception in 2006 and has been instrumental in leading the company through many challenges to become the success it has today.
Prior to starting Ibex, Farhan was a founding partner and Director of a WLL and LDI company, DVCOM. Before that as the founding team member and the first head of sales at Ufone, he was involved in the commercial launch of the company where he conceived and created a sales channel model on the line of franchises for the first time in the telecom industry. He was a key member of the commercial strategy group and set up a sales channel of 200 Franchisees.
Khurram Rishad Dar
Co-Founder & Director
Khurram is a co-founder and previous COO of Earth Factor (now Ibex). With over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, Khurram has combined his deep technical understanding and business acumen to develop operational and business excellence at Ibex.
He has an MBA from IBA, Karachi and is Associate of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Before founding Ibex, Khurram was a founding partner and Director of the WLL and LDI company, DVCOM.
Khurram was also a founding member Ufone where he was instrumental in the business and financial planning of company. He possesses vast experience in structuring and finalizing the financial transaction with financial institutions.
M. Amir Wattoo
Co-Founder & CTO
Amir is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Ibex. He has over 15 years of experience in the telecom technology industry and with his innovative expertise and business foresight Amir has led Ibex to stand at the forefront of technological expertise.
Amir has a B.E. in Telecoms from National University. He has served as the Technical Director for Earth Factor (an Ibex companies) and Tech One Progressive Solutions (an Ibex company). Before that Amir also served as a Director at Solace Applications.
Kashif Raheem Sheikh
CEO-MEA
Kashif is the CEO of Ibex’s MEA operations. He brings with him 18 years of experience in Telecom, Banking and Manufacturing sectors. Kashif graduated from Lahore University of Management Sciences after completing his bachelors in engineering from UET, Lahore.
He had been working at senior management level in mobile network operators and had been heading the regional sales of a large telecom solutions vendor as well. Kashif’s previous employers include Ufone, Warid Pakistan, Gemalto and Standard Chartered Bank.
He has vast experience of Middle East and African telecom environment. With his abundant knowledge and business experience, Kashif leads Ibex’s successful operations in the MEA region.
